This document presents an analysis of the EU Regulation Proposal regarding certain raw materials and agricultural by-products associated with deforestation or forest degradation. At the same time, it details the export products and the volume of trade of the countries of the region (Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay) reached or affected by the measure, details the next steps and the potential risks for the productive sectors, at while identifying other regulatory initiatives in export markets that could also affect us.
