Principal Researcher at the CONICET, former researcher at INTA and professor at Universidad Austral. Leading author of IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) reports and of reports on other governmental environmental programs. Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Agriculture and Veterinary Science, Honorary member of AACREA. Advises GPS (Group of Producing Countries from the Southern Cone) and Sociedad Rural Argentina on environmental matters.
