Los avances en ciencia y tecnolog\u00eda y las experiencias existentes, respaldan plenamente las expectativas en este sentido. Sin embargo, el progreso efectivo solo ser\u00e1 posible si las estrategias nacionales evolucionan dentro de un marco global coherente y armonizado. El G20 tiene un papel estrat\u00e9gico en la promoci\u00f3n de esta transici\u00f3n no solo entre sus miembros, sino dentro de la comunidad de desarrollo m\u00e1s amplia.
